Inspire Resourcing are currently recruiting for a busy independent financial advice practice based at Nottingham Business Park. Following development of the business, we have a vacancy for an enthusiastic and professional individual to become part of the support team. As part of the support team, the individual will support a team of 6 financial advisers in the day to day management of clients. The main responsibilities will include: General administrative duties including producing valuations, spreadsheets, review letters and general correspondence using Microsoft Word and Excel. Liaising with product providers to gather policy information and collating this for advisers. Processing and allocating adviser fees/commission using back office system ‘Intelliflo’. Submitting and monitoring of new business cases through to completion. Dealing with clients and providers in a friendly and professional manner by telephone, email and face to face. Professional Skills and Qualifications required: Candidates should have excellent communication skills and enjoy working as part of team. Attention to detail and the ability to work to timescales are also important qualities. Candidates should have experience working in a Financial Services organisation. Previous IFA administration experience is a distinct advantage. 5 GCSE (or equivalent) grades A-C including Maths and English are required. Industry recognised qualifications are advantageous but not essential.
