The ideal candidate will have superb business acumen and have experience leading a busy team. Your main duties will be: Provide direction motivation and leadership to location sales team responsible for delivering service within their given market sectors. Measure and control Inside sales productivity Hold monthly sales reviews with location team to review past month performance and set goals/ expectation for coming month Work in liaison with the Business Development Management team to ensure target account focus is consistent with Location objectives Participate in the budget process in liaison with Line manager and Business partner Escalation point for any customer issues and liaise with relevant management of various departments Collate and issue all monthly forecasting of Sales & GP for your locations senior management team to address strategic issues and drive for additional revenue through initiatives Provide excellent customer service To apply you will ideally: Have excellent working knowledge of MS Office & Excel Sales experience in selling supply chain & added value services A proven track record in finding, developing and closing new business from new accounts Ability to identify and understand customer needs in both product and services Excellent interpersonal skills Pension Scheme 28 days holiday Bonus Structure Company Car Allowance
